Tom Chandler's career in finance and investments began in 1991 when he saw a family member suffer the consequences of inadequate retirement planning. Tom says, “It feels great when I help my clients set realistic goals and give them a sense of confidence about their future.”

Tom graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Finance from California State University, Sacramento. He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional and a Certified Fund Specialist (CFS).
